2025 HOA Dues AND/OR 2023 Special Assessment

  • This is the page to pay past due balances, as well.
 
  • Credit or Debit Card Payments Only
 
  • To the six homeowners who still owe the 2023 Special Assessment: it is now $84.70 because of being past the due date (unless you've been told differently by the Treasurer). If paying on your balance, payment will be applied to the special assessment first, then the dues balance.
 
  • If paying your 2025 Annual Dues, your total payment is $205 up through March 4, 2025. After March 4, your total will be $225.50. The dues are invoiced once each year in January. 
 
  • The online payment platform (Stripe - "payitprompt" on your bank statement) will add the fee to the total when you check out.  (2.9% + $ .80/transaction).
 
  • To avoid the fees, you can pay by check and mail it to: Sundance HOA, PO Box 586, Choctaw, OK  73020
