• Our rental cap of 20% has been reached. The waiting list to rent out your prospective house only applies to our current homeowners who are wanting to move and need to rent out their home. Therefore, at this time, we are not allowing any purchases by REI's or individuals not wishing to have their home as a primary residence.

• You will be signing a Sundance Homeowner's Letter of Account at your closing. Please be sure your realtor gives you a copy of it (HOA contact information is on it). Verify that the realtor will also us send or email us a copy of it. We need your contact information, which will be kept private and on a secure laptop.
