• Our rental cap of 20% has been reached. If you are military and being reassigned (not retiring or getting out), your house does not count towards the 20% cap. However, we do need to know that you are being reassigned and going to rent it out.  If you are not military being reassigned and you'd like to be put on the waiting list to rent out your house, please email the board by going to the "Contact Us" link.
• At this time, please do not sell to an REI (Real Estate Investment company) or an individual who will not use the home as their primary residence.
• We've enjoyed having you as a part of our neighborhood! If there's anything we can do to help you make your move go smoother, please let us know!
