Dear Sundance Homeowners,
It has come to the Board’s attention that some residents may have received fraudulent letters claiming to be from the Sundance HOA. Please be advised that these letters are not official communications from the Association and may contain false or inaccurate information.
To help identify legitimate correspondence, please note that all official Sundance HOA letters will:
• Be personally addressed to the homeowner by name
• Include official contact information for return replies or questions
• Be sent from a verified board member or authorized representative of the HOA

If you have received a suspicious or questionable letter, please notify us immediately by email at sundanceoklaHOA@outlook.com so we can verify its legitimacy.
Additionally, we ask that you help spread the word to your neighbors, especially those who may not be in this group, so they are aware of the issue and know how to identify official HOA communication.
