2026 HOA Dues

  • This is the page to pay past due balances, as well.
 
  • Credit or Debit Card Payments Only
 
  • If paying your 2026 Annual Dues, your total payment is $245 through March 4, 2026. Starting March 5, your total will be $269.50. The dues are invoiced once each year in January. 
 
  • The online payment platform (Stripe - "payitprompt" on your bank statement) will add the fee to the total when you check out.  (2.9% + $ .80/transaction).
 
  • To avoid the fees, you can pay by check and mail it to: Sundance HOA, PO Box 586, Choctaw, OK  73020
